-paranoia ensues- Can I get infected with chlamydia again by wearing the same pants?

I was told I had chlamydia last Monday and I took the medication right away (take 4 pills in one dose and you're done). I've had a hectic two weeks and I hadn't gotten around to doing laundry. Today I was in a rush so I threw on these work pants I wore last week that were in the laundry. I'm extremely paranoid about getting reinfected with chlamydia again and I was wondering if there's any possibility that the bacteria may still be on my pants causing me to become infected again?
